Spectacular and best possible location on it's own island made it easy to get to key attractions. The breakfast was delicious and comprehensive, the personnel was service-minded.

The staff are excellent and gentle. The room is tastefully decorated, brand-new and has lake views.

Spectacular and best possible location, a super close walk to Inca Uyu, thoroughly enjoyed this place. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and an individual safe in the room and the comfortable bed. Excellent services, fast Wi-Fi.

We were excited to spend our Christmas vacation at a hotel outside of the city. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the nearby lake. It was the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant proved to be a fantastic choice for our holiday meals. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable, making our Christmas dining experience truly special.

One aspect that disappointed us was the slow WiFi connection. It was frustrating trying to stay connected and share our holiday memories with loved ones.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room was not only large and comfortable, but it also had a stunning view over the lake. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a restaurant which served delicious food, and a breakfast buffet that was the best we had during our entire trip in South America. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and polite, and even allowed us to remain in the restaurant area for a few hours after checking out. The location of the hotel, right in front of the lake, provided us with beautiful morning views and a peaceful atmosphere.
